DELIVERY
As Portable Units, we are trying to offer the most affordable delivery option to our customers for the delivery of our flat pack cabins, flat pack containers, modular offices, sanitary cabins and storage containers while we are trying to keep the service at the highest and fastest level. You can either collect your order of flat pack cabins, portable toilet units or security kiosks by your vehicle or simply tell us to arrange delivery to your address for you.
We offer flexible delivery options across mainland UK to suit your needs and site conditions. Whether you have your own offloading equipment or need a complete delivery and positioning service, we’ve got you covered.
Flatbed Delivery
Flatbed delivery is our standard and most cost-effective option. Depending on the size and weight of your unit — and the accessibility of your delivery site — we may deliver using:

A flatbed lorry

A flatbed van
-
A trailer towed by a car
Important: Flatbed deliveries require the customer to provide suitable offloading equipment, such as a forklift, telehandler, or similar lifting machinery. For flatpack cabins and flat pack containers, depending on the size, offloading the pieces manually by hand can be another option.
To ensure safe offloading, we recommend:

Fork extensions when using a forklift

Checking ground conditions before delivery

Ensuring adequate space for unloading
We aim to keep delivery costs low by combining deliveries when possible and planning efficient routes.
Please beware that, if you are ordering directly from our website, this price does not include the delivery. You can get in touch with us for the delivery quotations either before or after your order. Trailer deliver costs can be quoted upon your request.
Hiab Delivery (Crane Offload)
If you don’t have access to lifting equipment — or simply want a hassle-free delivery — we offer Hiab delivery using lorries equipped with mounted cranes.
Our Hiab service includes:

Delivery and offloading into position

A range of crane vehicles, with reach typically between 14m to 24m
Site requirements for Hiab delivery:

Solid, level ground for the vehicle to park and operate

No grass, mud, or unstable surfaces
-
Clear space with no overhead obstructions (e.g., cables, trees, signs)
Hiabs are generally rigid vehicles, so please ensure there is adequate access and turning space.
If you don't have any kind of unloading equipment on your end, we can unload the cabins for you. Hiab costs can be quoted upon your request.

Collection
Prefer to handle transport yourself? You’re welcome to collect your units from us — free of charge.

Collection Guidelines:

Loading is free – we’ll load your unit for you with a forklift

Collections are by appointment only

Depot hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 (may vary depending on the collection depot)

Flatbed vehicles or trailers are strongly recommended

Luton vans are not suitable due to unit size and loading method
You can use your own vehicle or hire a transport provider. Just make sure to check the unit dimensions before arranging your pickup.
Unlike most of the suppliers or individuals, we always try to be in stock for our standard flat pack cabin range, so it typically takes around 1 - 2 business days for us to arrange a collection appointment after payment is received. In order to offer the best service and maintain a customer satisfaction, we sometimes arrange the collection of the products for the same day! If we are not in stock, don't worry we will do our best to supply it in the soonest available date.
