ASSEMBLY

How to Assemble Your Flat Pack Cabin

Simple. Quick. No Specialist Skills Required.

Assembling your flat pack cabin or container is easier than you think. Most units can be assembled by 2–4 people using basic tools — no cranes or technical experience needed.

Follow the 6 key steps below, illustrated with clear visual instructions:

Step 1: Position the Floor
Start by placing the base panel on your prepared, level surface. This forms the foundation of your cabin.

Step 2: Fix the Corner Columns
Attach the four vertical corner pillars securely into place.

Step 3: Install the Wall Panels, Door & Window

Slide in the wall panels, including door and window sections, between the columns. The panels lock into place for stability.

Step 4: Fit the Ceiling Frame Beams
Position and fasten the ceiling support beams. These secure the upper structure and prepare the unit for roof panel installation.

Step 5: Install the Roof Panels
Lay in the roof panels on top of the beam frame.

Step 6: Position & Fix the Roof Frame
Lift the outer roof skin into place and secure it with bolts to complete the structure

Assembly Steps

All dimensions and weights of each component for our flat pack product range are given in the technical specification sections of the product pages. If you have doubt, please check them before starting the assembly process.

Please ask for the most recent assembly instructions if you want to have a look.

Base Requirements

While our cabins do not require a permanent foundation, preparing your ground correctly is essential for safe installation and long-term performance.

Key Ground Preparation Tips:

  1. Avoid swampy or waterlogged areas

  2. Choose level ground — avoid steep slopes

  3. Ensure the surface is rigid (e.g., concrete, tarmac, compacted stone, or soil with support blocks)

A level surface ensures proper panel alignment and avoids issues like door or window misalignment after assembly.

Although there is not a special base requirement for the units, the ground should be flat and rigid. You have to pay attention to a few things, and you should prepare the ground before the delivery of your unit. Detailed guide can be found below;
