Assembling your flat-pack office cabin
The assembly process for your flat pack cabin is simple and straightforward. Typically installation of a 4m flat pack cabin can be completed by 3 - 4 people in under 2 hours. All components — including bolts, nuts, screws, and corner trims — are included with your unit.
Assembly steps include:

Locate the floor on a flat and levelled surface

Secure the corner posts

Slot in the wall panels

Lock the roof beams

Lift and secure the roof skin

If you need to move your cabin unit to another location, you have the flexibility to transport it as an assembled structure or disassemble it back to its original flat form by following the steps in reverse.
How are the Flat Pack Cabins Delivered?
Our cabins are delivered flat pack, either by flatbed van or Hiab crane lorry. Depending on delivery type, you will need either lifting equipment or enough people to unload and move the parts into position. If delivered by Hiab, we can often place the unit directly in its final location as long as it is accessible.
The design is fully man-portable, so no lifting equipment is required for assembly. You can check the part weights in the “Dimensions & Measures” tab to estimate how many people are needed. Our Photo Gallery also shows examples of unloading methods.
