Our 6 m × 2.4 m flat‑pack office cabin delivers a full‑sized workspace in a module that is still man‑portable and easy to install. Constructed with a galvanised steel frame and walls with 50 mm EPS insulation and delivered UK‑wide from our Brentwood depot, this unit offers an ideal solution for busy sites, warehouses or garden offices.
Thanks to its modular, demountable design, it can be relocated or extended as your project grows or your space needs change. It provides the same internal space as a standard 20ft shipping container but with insulation, modularity and flexible delivery advantages.

Assembling your flat-pack office cabin
The assembly process for your flat pack cabin is simple and straightforward. Typically installation of a 3m flat pack cabin can be completed by 3 to 4 people in under 2 hours. All components — including bolts, nuts, screws, and corner trims — are included with your unit.

If you need to move your cabin unit to another location, you have the flexibility to transport it as an assembled structure or disassemble it back to its original flat form by following the steps in reverse.

How are the Flat Pack Cabins Delivered?
Our cabins are delivered flat pack, either by flatbed van or Hiab crane lorry. Depending on delivery type, you will need either lifting equipment or enough people to unload and move the parts into position. If delivered by Hiab, we can often place the unit directly in its final location as long as it is accessible.
The design is fully man-portable, so no lifting equipment is required for assembly. You can check the part weights in the “Dimensions & Measures” tab to estimate how many people are needed. Our Photo Gallery also shows examples of unloading methods.
