Our 3 m × 2.4 m flat pack office cabin offers a compact yet fully insulated workspace solution, delivered as flat‑packed and assembled on‑site without the need for a crane or any other lifting equipment. Built with a galvanised steel frame and walls and delivered UK‑wide from our Brentwood depot, it is ideal for sites with restricted access.
The 3 m cabin size is perfect for use where space is limited but functionality is essential — it provides enough room for desks for seating, making it suitable for short or long-term use. As part of our flat pack office range, this model can be linked with same size unit from side or from end with 2 m, 4 m, 5 m or 6 m units to create flexible, linkable office layouts tailored to your site.

How are the Flat Pack Cabins Delivered?
Our cabins are delivered flat pack, either by flatbed van or Hiab crane lorry. Depending on delivery type, you will need either lifting equipment or enough people to unload and move the parts into position. If delivered by Hiab, we can often place the unit directly in its final location as long as it is accessible.
